What about picking out a non profit/charity that everyone wants to donate to? Say we pool together a certain amount to donate, then they get the permaban. We could donate on behalf of the user name(s) getting banned.

The person with the biggest donation gets to select another individual of their choice to get the axe -- so long as it's not me or one of the other awesome people. Someone like damnitsteve, talisman or Tyrone Biggums.
