It was pathetic, to say the least. You all only have yourselves to blame. I haven't nominated/voted for anything, to remain the neutral party.

The board/community is getting too big for it's britches. We used to meet weekly, now it's nex to never.

The OG's have been there and done that, and the only thing the anybody knows about anyone else, is on-line BS. Woo hoo, here's your award.

I think the only way this type of thing would continue to work year after year would be to cut back the categories, and change them each year. Same old categories, same old nominees, just gets old.

And please don't take that as a cut at Racrguy or anything, he did his best to keep the tradition going, just something I was thinking about the other day.

That said, I don't have the creativity nor am I funny enough to come up with good categories.

Yeah, I agree, there are obvious categories like Newb of teh year and thread of the year. But I think it would be better to keep the total categories below 10 or so and change them up.
