I know all about Apple's woes with GPS tracking but I've yet to see anyone accuse them of having a root-kit installed that logs all of your key strokes, HTTPS queries, passwords, SMS messages and who knows what else.

Except that the custom ROMs most Android fan bois run have it disabled or completely removed.

I wonder if the govt would get upset if I tried to intercept their wireless transmissions from the pentagon and the whitehouse. Afterall, there is no guarantee of privacy.
