Do what the buyer wants in the interview and sell him one at cost... If he is looking for those kind of cars he can afford it.... I see his point too but an honest mistake can be made and at those prices what does he expect?

The answer was NOT to send this communication from the dealership accusing him of trying to injure them (which was the point of posting it) and ebay scrubbing it from the site. Especially when they didn't even offer to sell the guy the car at a higher price or, as he said, offer anything.
Hell, he can't even leave negative feedbackI wear a Fez. Fez-es are cool

I agree with you 100% Who is E-bay going to side with though? A dealership who sells cars worth hundreds of thousands a year giving them huge fees or one lone dude who had the sack to speak up? They know where their bread is buttered and responded in kind. Sheepole do not speak up much they are taking their chances against someone looking for more then a mistake would warrant. IMHO

it's policy... if you don't agree with it, don't use ebay?
I found my truck on ebay and clicked buy-it-now after talking with the dealer. I knew that if I went and put my eyes on it and i had any sort of bad vibes, I could just back out with no neg feedback.
it's policy.
use it to your advantage or don't use ebay

No different than the idiots who think they deserve to get something for a 1.99 when its real price is $199.00. You know its a mistake, they know its a mistake - but the greed is so thick they cant see how stupid they look and act.
Theres nothing wrong with a simple "fuck off"

Souang said he often makes "deal" purchases on eBay for items far less than market value. He said he did not expect the dealer to sell the car for $13,900. But he expected them to make some kind of offer.
Why do people who write such articles feel the need to repeat themselves?

My bet is that they would try and go after that higher percentage. They (rightfully) backed the dealership on this one so that he could go ahead and relist it a higher commission inducing sales price.
And this thread gets the stanleytweedlederp or the coupemike91 (or whatever the hell his name is) stamp of approval!

it's almost impossible to leave negative feedback on a buyer
