Like mikec said, just living her life, but she slams cabinets, drops crap on the floor, slams doors, stomps when she walks, etc...

I am on the 2nd floor out of 3, I don't walk with the heel of my feet while here, I also don't crank up my pc speakers either (sub on floor)

I also don't slam cabinets/doors.

I haven't had a single complaint.

These responses are great, I just got home, had to goto Wal Mart for new Batman game so everything is fine so far.

I am going to select a few responses from this thread for future reference.

She has the same floor plan as me, so I don't want to mess it up too much to where she battles me with bs either, so trying to play it smooth.

I LOVE the idea of the toothpick though, I will do that next if she ruffles my feathers.

Normal speakers on the floor. The boyfriend of the chick above me came down and threatened to call the fuzz on me. I told him I'd be more than happy to loan him my phone. It seemed like every night they were having a marathon session bouncing off the floors and the walls. They moved out less than a month later.

Sounds like the downside of apartment living, inconsiderate neighbors. I believe the standard lease has a section about noise violations but can't remember the specifics. Probably has more to do with loud music/parties rather than someone with elephant feet.

Best bet is to just keep complaining to the apartment people and badger them to letting you transfer to a different apartment for free. I've had noisy neighbors before but luckily, passive aggressive notes on their doors solved those issues.

Am I the only one thinking that Ozzeran might have gone off the deep end? Seems to want a lot of vengeance for relatively little. If you can hear every cabinet shutting and foot strike, maybe you should spend a little more on your living arangements.
