I'm confused as to why OUR government is SUEING small business owners for their own ineptitude at wording laws. It's complete bullshit.

I am mostly for the smoking bans and against smoking, but I'd have to side with the store on this one. As long as they don't charge for the rolling service I see no issues and the government needs to stay out of it.

I dont know about automated ones bit you can buy cigarette rollers for pretty cheap. Takes less than a minute to roll one.

Even though you can roll your own and they are still "legal" for now, you still cant smoke anywhere, people bitch about being in an open air area and "smelling" the smoke. Hell I cant even smoke in the parking lot at my job, you have to be in your car (which can still be parked in the parking lot) or over off to the side of the building...they are slowly outlawing something that is still considered "legal".

I'm not a smoker, but you are preaching to the choir when it comes to government telling us what to do.

As for your employer, I don't know if that is being forced on them by government regulation or not, but it they are doing it of their own accord then more power to them. I have no problem with folks enforcing rules on their own property.
