    LOL!

I shifted maybe 20 or so times.

And I also notice that usually the lane I am "regulating" just cruises on by stacks of people jammed up and stopped.
Exactly. It surprises me how many people have no concept of how traffic moves.

I still don't get those that complain about traffic. I drove from Coppell to Oak Lawn-ish and back eat rush hour both ways every day this summer; it just wasn't that bad at all. I'll be starting that commute again in January indefinitely and I'm not at all concerned about it. Sure, an auto would be easier, but it's not exactly a burden on me, physically or mentally.
Yea these pussies are always bitchin about traffic. Every day I have to step over three dogs to get to my office but you never here me bitch about it..

All my daily drivers have been auto. My toys have all been standards, can't see myself owning an automatic stang.

My wifes 07 Gt is an automatic and to be honest, it's really not bad at all. 5 forward gears and I have the shift pressures bumped up a little bit with a tuner. For a mostly stock car that is pretty damn heavy, it runs pretty damn good. All it needs is a nice Whipple or KB sitting on top of the engine.
