          very simple work we just have to walk 5 miles a day with a sledge hammer tappinig rail plates and or throwing plates on rail its incredibly easy by the time we are about to finish im worn out from carrying a 10 lb sledge hammer /all the crew are very cool and always offering help and watching each others back specilaly the new guys,

            today before i left one of the bosses aked all the new guys if we wanted 20 hours o.t. in san antonio he said it was around 650. easy money
