MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (KTLA) -- A South Florida woman is accused of practicing medicine without a license after allegedly giving a patient buttocks injections with "Fix a Flat."

Oneal Ron Morris, 30, was arrested Friday after the patient went to police.

According to the woman, Morris injected her with a mixture of cement, "Fix a Flat," and mineral oil.

She then sealed the incision with super glue, police said.

The victim was later hospitalized as a result of the illegal procedure, according to Miami New Times.

Morris, a transgender woman who is still legally identified as a man, is being held on $7,500 bond.

Police believe there may be other victims who are afraid to come forward.

I'm not necessarily seeing the person who consented to this type of augmentation as being a victim. I think a Psych Evaluation is in order for the person hospitalized in this case and just plain old fashion jail time for Morris. I don't recognize individuals going to at home "pumping parties" as being a victim of anything other than mere idiocy. Perhaps, deservingly so.
