How do yall deal with the weather? I just got a really really good job offer to work on cell towers around the DFW area. I was thinking about getting one of those dickies suits but don't know if they would cut it during the coldest days of winter

I worked flight lines for 8 years. Find yourself a decent zip up coverall with a hoody. I also made sure it was just large enough to fit my coat on underneath for the bad days. I even went a step further and periodically treated it with Camp Dry to water proof it better than off the shelf. Also, pick up a neoprene face mask for the nose, ears etc. Keeping the cold off your face made all the difference to me.

I didn’t like the neoprene masks so I took a bandana and a old fleece blanket and made a face mask with Velcro in the back for easy on off.

Believe it or not, pantyhose.
I ran a large portion of the state for quite a while in which I had a large number of guys outdoors every day. Those that tried the pantyhose all said that it made a huge difference.
