They repaved it with concrete several years ago. It's nice and smooth now.

I used to live out there on most weekends during the late 80's, before Home Depot or any of the other places along there existed. There were plenty of times that I was the only white guy I could see. Yet, people acted more civilzed out there than they did at the places I would visit on the north side of town.

KFC was crazy. Dallas was rough. I always liked the Beach st. races better. I spent many a nights watching real cars race till sun up. My favorite was a 55 shoebox verses a 70s split bumper almost slamming into each other half "track" after a bump in the road.

I lived behind Bell Helicopter in Hurst on the weekends. This was in 84-85. Cars 20 deep waiting to run and cars up and down both sides of the road for a half mile. Always cool till some drunk red neck decided he was gonna do a fly by at 100 mph and forget about the s turn.........

Thats where I found out that FWPD had Ninja's to chase people down...

                        ave j & K off 360 went nuts 99-02.

we'd meet at the old fix flags mall beforehand and talk shit all night... or at the racetrack gas station.

Post em up. Some of us might be in them. Trinity behind Bell helicopter, Mark IV parkway, garden Acres, Will Rogers behind the brewery, Astro drive in, 161 in Farmers Branch, Centenial on NW Hwy, Emerald, Manna before the speed bumps, Quaker oats in Garland, I-20 service rd in desoto. All great memories. I was out by the time stuff happened in S Arlington, matlock is just down the street. Not that I ever participated, as that's illegal, bro.LOL

Yep. Astro, Sweetheart, and Grainger were the spots in Duncanville. Good times there.

I remember that shit. Always heard the rumor that it was on nitrous, so - was it?

Coming back from Flower Mound last night 635 was stopped so I had my father in law get off on Luna and cross over to NWHWY. That stretch of road brought back a lot of memories...
