Driving past it seemed like they had just got broken up, and the fact that it was only 10:30 but most did seem to be of the foreign variety but I saw maybe 4 mustang's or so. Street racing in the 90's especially late 90's was the best for it. Cops more relaxed and the ricers were not really here yet.
I was true street racing from a stop 1/4 mile.
Edit: those were the best times I had
