I'm curious where the 5 year old's mother/father was? Not trying to place blame on them, but I'm always aware of how many kids are in the play area with my kids. I'd be really weary about a kid that old in there. I guess it's possible that this older kid was up in the play set just waiting and the parents didn't know he was there. I've also seen parents chatting away on the phone for 30 minutes at a time and not even giving a glance towards the play area. We don't go very often, but when we have been I usually go in the play area as well or keep a good eye while my kids are in there. Just really sucks for that family.

Summed my thoughts up for me exactly. We typically go to Chick Fil A more than McDonalds, but same circumstances, I NEVER just let my kids go play without one of us in there with them.

Take one 13 year old rapest. Insert one toilet paper tube with razor blades shoved through the cardboard sharp side in. Insert little bastard in Sanduskys shower for 2 hours. One bloody Sandusky sausage later remove and jam down on the little monsters junk.... Just for starters.

How did someone not hear this little girl screaming? I'd have been arrested for killing that little fucker by driving my fist through his skull

                  XMOTHERFUCKING 2 !!!

I don't even want to think about what I would do in this situation. I'd probably wait until he got out of juvenile detention (because you know they won't put his worthless ass through an adult trial) and do some "Law Abiding Citizen" type shit on him.

I'm with you, when my kiddo was 5 my eyes were always on her. He'd be dead. Even if that was my son, i wouldnt have turned him into the police; well not until all his wounds have healed.

Racr says I'm violent so I would have strongly encouraged the young man to reconsider his actions and then pointed him to Penn State

I'm sure it's not the first time either for that teen to do something like that, just got caught this time. Poor baby girl! Ugh!

Booking officer: Both his arms and legs are broken; he has two black eyes, a broken nose, a fractured skull, and 6 broken vertebrae; he has multiple lacerations and contusions all over his body; he has internal bleeding. WTF happened here!?

                          You: He fell.

                          LOL!

                            1. At 13 I'm pretty sure I was not in the McDonalds play land crap.
                            2. At 13 I would've been humping anything, but not 5 y/o girls. I mean, you still know better. Hump the TP in the bathroom or something.
                            3. Glad his parents did at least turn him in.
                            4. Bummed his parents did not discipline him enough to begin with, which caused this issue.
                            5. Poor little girl.

I don't even know how stuff like this can really happen. Seems to be a failure on two sets of parents/guardians. Now the damage is done. If my son try to do something idiotic and disgusting like that he'd think hell would be a welcome retreat.

However, God help me my kid won't be anything but normal and hump all the normal things.

Sounds like we need Jamar Pinkney to handle this.

MICHIGAN (AP) — A 15-year-old Michigan boy admitted raping a 3-year-old girl, so enraging his father that the man couldn’t control himself when witnesses say he forced the teen to strip…

It's easy to say that from the outside looking in. And I'm in no way condoning what happened. But, how are we so sure that the parents of the boy could have stopped this? Admittedly I haven't read the article. Don't care to. Were his parents there at McDonald's too? If so, sure, I can see a failure on their part.

My point is, you can teach your kids all day, every day the right and wrong of things. It's still up to them to follow your teachings. I grew up in a VERY religious home, got my ass beat all the time (deserved it), parents still married, etc. I had every advantage in life you could think of, and the proper raising to not be a hellion. Yet, I was still a hellion. Once I got to a certain age, the ass whippings no longer scared me, and I just didn't give a fuck to put it simply. Got in to a bunch of trouble at school, and a bunch of trouble following school. It wasn't until my first child was born that I finally straightened up.
