Not one bit. It looks to me like this is a move away from the 'stripper' model that I actually prefer. I'm sure all that gadgety BS will be expensive!

The front end is Ugly (capital U) and the new rear license plate area is ugly (lower case U). I'm not worried about the 8hp; it's not the same as 112.

The only new options/features I wish I had was the Track Pack and taillights. Also the seats... maybe.

I'm sure I'm in the minority here, but a manualmatic is lame-o.

I didn't look close at the lights, will they retro fit? I hated the rear on the 10+ but it grew on me after driving that rental 3600 miles. Looks like these will be available right as I'm ready to start looking at replacing my 99.

the tail lights look fine to me, and i like the fact that ford is really stepping up the power of the mustang! that gt 500 is going to be ridiculously expensive, though...at some point, they're going to price those things out of the mustang market. i thought they already were, but i guess people keep buying them. i'd like to see the recaro seats...hopefully they're not a $2k upgrade!

The Camaro ZL1 is priced from $54,995, so I'm betting the GT500 is going to be right in that price range. Who knows, maybe Ford can sell it for a little less since they have already made back all their money in the development of the platform.

I don't see it getting past 175-180. Even with the new body style it's still doesn't have the aerodynamics to hit 200.

I'm also not digging the tail lights.

Ford claims the new aero work and power gives the GT500 a top speed of over 200 mph. Do you know something that they don't?

Wow, I really want one. Damn, actually thinking about getting rid of the fox for one. I said that about the 11's and 12's, but damn.

And on another note, if they are going to go with a manualmatic why not just go ahead and put some paddle shifters up there on the steering wheel. Seems like it is a step they will take, I just don't understand why they didn't already take it.
