    $1500 is minimal considering the long range implications. My company wouldn't hire you until you posted 5 years of clean driving record. Sometimes it doesn't pay to get sketchy.

    My employer doesn't run credit checks; just criminal back ground. I wish they did. I've got a guy right now that I don't think is going to make it. Can't pay his rent and always says he is beyond flat broke, but buys seat covers and Hot Wheels on his employee account. :shakes head: People never cease to amaze me.

    It's just the job market, nothing personal against them. If I have 2 people with the same set of skills and one has a conviction and the other doesn't, the one without the conviction is going to get the interview.
