saw a white kid the other day; sagging white and green long plad shorts, white t shirt, and a hat with the strait bill cocked up and to the side so you could see the 3 hologram stickers under the bill. Nothing wrong with the upward curved, or what I refer to as the Jesse James. (first person I ever saw with it) I'm not up on trends so I couldn't care less. I do have a problem with the flat bill, stickers, and hat askew look.

cali fashion, jesse james.. check out a band HED P.E., theyre from cali and the lead vocalist wears his hats like that as well...just a style that originated over there and exploded...just like us youngsters bringing back the 80's styles.. modern age hippies or whatev they call them selves... rather wear my skinny jeans, skate shoes and flat bills than some faggot ass wranglers, boots and pearl snaps... everyone has a different style... I DO NOT agree with sagging to your knees with a tall-t though...wtf

I wore my hat like that back in 90's when I was in high school all the way till a couple years ago when I stopped wearing ball caps. I did it because I wore them flat billed and slightly curling up the from kept them flat when I put them on.
