Went yesterday for a second. It is horribly dead. With no activity and a bazillion advertisements I don't see why anyone would ever sign up over there.

As some of you are aware my ability to be actively involved over the last years has been tougher and tougher. This has made server/software enhancements take longer than they should and not happen as often as they should. In an effort to make sure that DFWstangs stays alive and running as smoothly and effectively as it should, I have partnered with a company called autoguide.com to take over the management of the site (basically what I have been doing the last 10+ years).

Autoguide.com is going to be hosting DFWstangs.net on their servers which will help with uptime and performance. The forums will continue to be run by the current moderators and the business/server/admin side of the forum will be run by autoguide.com. Not much should change for the users of DFWstangs.net.

To the moderators: I would like you all to continue doing the great job you all have been doing for years now to keep DFWstangs growing and keep our member base active.

1.) original owner sold the site to a douchebag
2.) new owner pissed off the wrong board members
3.) DFWMustangs.net was born and the other site went to shit faster than Enron's stock.
