Does that v6 have a turbo on it too? 300 sounds pretty stout for a sixer.
How do we forget ourselves? How do we forget our minds?

      No, it's a 3.7 L V6. Our TL's 3.2L has 260.

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

2003 TL-S. One of the best cars I've ever owned. We bought it in 2005 with 18k miles on it, it has 65k now. Not one problem ... too fucking big for this city though. I'm getting rid of it and getting that fucking Yaris.

Better idea: move your asses back down this way.

In a year or two ... if all the hedge funds in Dallas don't fold by then.

How much are you trying to get for the TL?

I had a similar experience with an internet special GT recently. It was $2k under X-plan as well so I had no problem paying it.

I'm sure it depends on the dealership and how low the internet price actually is. The prices Grapevine Ford puts up here in the forum are all around a couple grand lower than their internet prices on their website.

If you're seriously looking at a Yaris, you should really consider one of the new Chevy Sonics or the Honda Fit. Those are the two 'best in class' A cars right now.

I'd be interested as well if the price is right.

Honda Fit is also a foot longer than a Yaris. I don't really give a shit about anything other than ease of parking. I am in the middle of the city and put 1500 miles a year on a car. Trust me, I thought this out, there are a few 12 foot spots around my house that are open because all that can fit there is a mini, a yaris hatch, or the new fiats.

Or a Smart car. They kind of suck overall, but you can even park them head-first into a parallel parking spot. I always thought that was kind of cool.
