What is with the laziness of people, especially in this volatile economy? I work for a very good oilfield service and supply company, one of the larger ones. We cannot keep people because they don't want to work past 5:30, or be on call. We have had 6 people quit within 2 weeks because of those 2 very reasons. In fact the state road authority here does not work at night either, so all the road construction is done during the day and they are you guessed it "UNION." When I worked in Texas as a service tech for an O&G Service company I was on call 7 days a week and averaged 80 hours a week. I knew about it before I started, and I stuck with it. Money was good too. People complain about jobs, but then they don't want to work for the dollar. It's no wonder why all of the Oil and Gas industry has to get people to move here from Texas, and Louisianna, etc. No one here has any fucking work ethic. Rant off...

Kids are stuck on facebook these days. That combined with a lack of ass whippings and not being made to do chores and such all contribute in my opinion.Vortex rear stand $75

What bothers me is the false sense of entitlement that most people seem to think that they have....like the company owes them something for just doing their damned job. My employees also drive me crazy with the constant worrying about what their peers are doing and/or constant monitoring to see if someone else is getting something they aren't....people can't seem to mind their own business.70' Chevelle RagTop
