while i was watching that video i clicked on a few more until i saw one that talked about the illuminati. it said to spell illuminati backwards and .org into the browser address bar. so i did and it redirected me to NSA.GOV! pretty creepy.
CC companies don't care if your money gets stolen, the majority of CC owners in this country don't check their accounts and pay for it unknowingly each month (more money). Most smart thieves only use your CC# to make a small purchase every month and use dozens of cards in rotation.
RFID only works in authentication situations, CC#'s, TollTags, door keys, car keys, and passports. It is a number or hash that is stored and ready to be collected/parsed. It can only be reprogrammed with an RFID programmer and is not dynamic. It is designed (poorly) for one way communication.
The rest of the world uses NFC (near field communication). It is essentially dynamic RFID, or short range radio like bluetooth, (actually even shorter range than that). Where the host and client handshake and pair. It is being increasingly seen in phones so people can pay on the go, and swap information with other phones. It requires the user to press an authenticate button on screen in most cases so someone can't just steal your info by dry humping your back pocket.
