I do have the info of the woman who hit my wife; guess I could threaten to sue her?
I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.

Sex with an Asian woman is great, but 30 minutes later you're horny again.

If you threaten to sue make sure its worth it plus since insurance was involved they can use their own lawyers.

Each time I called the "agent" who was assigned to my case I was told a different agent was over it. Each call ended with me getting transferred to a voicemail, and I never once got a call back from any of them. This was Hartford insurance, by the way. At any rate, my insurance company got them to pay for the repairs, but said I had to deal with them on the diminished value claim by myself. They ignored the shit out of me. Fuck Hartford; I hope their office catches on fire.
There is some sort of demand letter you can send them stating they have X amount of days to contact you in writing...yadda yadda... look into it.

i would not say jaded. you know as much, or even more than i do that there are not very many people that even know what to look for on a vehicle concerning collision repairs. they trust this carfax as if it is the gospel.

i say they are a joke, but to a quality shop, a dv claim just proves to the customer and the insurance company that said shop is legit and doing the job right.

but all that does not matter, it will never change. it is all about the money.
