I just noticed the lane changing without a signal shit is more prevalent here and I've lived all over the place.

I use to not signal for this reason...now, I'm polite enough to signal when making a lane change but when I see the next person trying to speed up...they get a quick lesson that a blinking light = me coming over.

Come on, now. I had to crawl underneath and short the starter with a screw driver, and the driver side window didn't roll up (which sucked when it rained), but it was still worth at least $350!

What annoys me the most is when you and everyone else knows the lane is about to end. Instead of getting over they will speed up to the front and force their way in. This is probably why there is traffic all together.

i have no problem letting people in. its the ones i can see blatenly(sp) driving down shoulders just to get 3-4 cars farther.

there might be an emergency yes, but the odds are they are just a dick.
