Rush hour traffic

Yesterday I'm sitting in traffic at a slow 20mph crawl on 161 headed south and I see this person driving down the left shoulder of the highway pass me, only to be pulled over by a cop just moments later. That was the 7th time I've seen that happen on 161 in the past 6 weeks, each time it was either by an Irving or Grand Prairie officer. And I had to laugh at the guy yesterday because not only does he get pulled over but he looks like an asshole in front of everyone as he just sits there with the cop behind him and every body stares as they pass him.

I just don't get why these people think they'll get away with driving down the shoulder, it's pretty damn obvious when it happens too. Surprisingly I haven't seen any bikers cutting lanes or driving down the shoulder.

Years back, when I drove a worthless, gremlin-infested shitbox, I'd swerve out into the shoulder at people before they went by, forcing them to ride their brakes hard or hit me. Watching the assholes lose their shit from my rear view was always absolutely spectacular.

Driving a piece of shit car is the best stress reliever sometimes. Having people who think they own the road in their Lexus then realize I don't give a shit in my $300 car is priceless.
