Congrats on being clean man. I play socially with friends on the Wii, but have never really played to finish on any game ever until BF3. The stars aligned on that one, and I play very often.

I guilt the shit out of myself though when it comes to wasting time on things that never do a thing for me in real life... gaming being one of those things. Sure you can "compete" and win cool stuff, but I've never heard of a gamer becoming a household name.

I have neighbors that are over 30 and all they do is play these games. their yards look like shit, they're lazy, don't pay much attention to their kids, argue with their wife all the time....the list goes on. Not my thing and will NOT be my sons hobby either. I would rather take my kid camping, fishing, shooting, etc. I have seen men act worse than cocaine addicts when it comes to playing V games. Sad.....

I play pretty regularly, but I don't have kids, and I get to work from home every other week. Since I get games included with my blockbuster pass, it's a really really cheap entertainment option for me.

          I can see that, lmao.

I used to play pretty regular up until a year or two ago. Now not so much. I fired up the ps3 the other for about 45mins for the first time in months.

My XBox360 is used as a Media Center for Movies more than anything....we use it sometimes with the Kinect when people are over.

I play some. but the main thing to help from getting bored is playing online with friends. If there was no xbox live I would not play that much at all.

              <---------- 31, married , works 60 hrs a week, and I have a 10 month old little girl

I usually dont start playing till about 12 30 am or later when everyone is sleeping

Xbox is more of a social thing for me. It's a good way to talk to friends I don't see very often.

I only play GT5 on my ps3, but only a couple of hours a week at most. Sometimes I'll go a few weeks without turning it on.

PC gamer here- in front of the PC and on the phone all day so its a quick break or distraction from my stressful day.

I'm married with 3 teenagers, a very stressful job so I use it unwind more than anything. A couple of matches a week on COD4, MW2 or Black Ops.

The only time I play video games is when I visit my cousin when we used to get drunk, eat brisket, and play Wii bowling all night. Years back, I couldn't get enough of Doom and Duke Nukem, but just simply have no interest anymore. I don't even own a game console anymore, unless you count the Atari boxed up and buried somewhere in the attic.

Started breaking in to your time memorizing the thesaurus, and learning how to sound like a complete douchebag, eh?

I'm 26 and probably haven't touched my xbox in a couple of years. Really all I ever played in college was COD, Tiger Woods or NCAA. I was never a serious "gamer" just enjoyed playing for maybe an hour at a time and I was done.

I'll play in phases, just depends on how little I want to do my school work I suppose.

I've been playing all my life. Still have time to shoot guns and reload, ride my motorcycle, go to school, and work full time. But then again i have no kids so maybe once i have one that'll change.
