I don't see a latch, but earlier you said it was just a blend door. Look at a Dorman 604-202 and tell me if that is what you're needing. I'm assuming your truck has manual temp controls instead of climate control?

Might also be this repair kit 902-202, also made by Dorman. Let me know if either is correct and I'll get pricing and availability.
