I bought a new blend door for the A/C in my truck on 8/28/11. Well I have yet to receive it. When you call their costumer support it just goes to voice mail. I always leave messages and never get replies. I also email them and got one reply that looked like a kindergartner wrote it "India".
So later I used their online chat thing which actually talks to people in the USA but they have no control over napa online orders. He was able to show me the tracking number of the package. What happened is they left out my apartment number and the package eventually got shipped back to where it came from.
Well anyways this is just a warning to those that want to buy from their online department as I'm showing my experience. I still haven't received it and have yet to get a refund. Is it to late to open a credit card claim?
