              Except, the only thing it did was BROADEN the scope of the constitution to include state/local governments as well. I don't see how you can argue against such a thing. But then again, you argue against a lot of things you don't agree with, even if it means you look like a hypocrite.

                Which unless the Constitution was amended, it didn't have the power to do. It's simple. if it's not expressly written into the Constitution, it doesn't belong to the federal government to do.
