    YeaH its illigal but let's say a sued and she got her job back, 1 she was miserable and hated it and wanted to get out anyways 2 she is able to stay at home with our little man and still get a check

      She could sue for lost wages instead, but that would take time and money that it sounds like you don't have, and you'd have to have something in writing or a voicemail specifically stating that it was about the pregnancy. Otherwise they'll just make another reason up, something as simple as necessary downsizing due to the economy, or some bullshit like that.

      Shitty situation, but it sounds to be somewhat of a blessing in disguise.
