They're under $70 a bottle. We went and picked up the last Sazerak from the liquor store last night and put my bid in on the last one or two bottles of Stagg, as long as those other two people don't pick them up.

Don't breath through your mouth at all when drinking whisky if you're not used to it. You'll cut a lot of heat out if you just breath through your nose.

A neighbor of mine, who is likely to have George Dickel in his glass, tried my Stagg last year and decided he was gonna swish it around his mouth before swallowing. The look on his face as he did that, and then tried to breathe completely through his mouth with a panicky type cadence was priceless.

He takes it in a little easier now.

Each drink I take is similar to drinking wine. Sniff the glass, sip it, cluck my tongue, sniff it, bigger drink, then let it air.
