SCOE 10X. google it, I used it a few years ago on cat piss (heavy piss) and it works like magic. It is pricey but you dilute it, order the carpet needle with it and follow the instructions to a "T". I think I paid $80 for the kit.

PM me, I cleaned carpets for 5+ years back in the day, what you need to do is a sub surface extraction, basically you put down a live liquid enzyme, flood the shit out of the urine spot and suck it dry, then repeat steps till all odor is gone. If the odor never goes away then you will need to take the carpet up and seal the floor.
