  • Need advice for getting rid of pet odors.

Long story short. We moved to Colorado a few months ago and took over the niece's room. Previously before we got here her cat forgot where the litter box was. I have cleaned the carpets twice and it seems like it got stronger after it dried back up. Just wanna see if anyone has any experience with this.

Thanks in advance. Replacing the carpet is the last option. Someone said put an open jar of vinegar and it somehow absorbs the smell or something like that.

You can try to have it professionally cleaned and have them do an enzyme treatment, but it's iffy at best.

Good luck, I am sure someone has said to get rid of the carpet by now.

Maybe, but if not, I'd get rid of the carpet.

Maybe a can of coffee will work. But you'll probably have to replace the carpet.

I would strongly suggest replacing the carpet.
