        Total nutty bitch

This was not just some one time act of stupidity....

My buddy lives 4 blocks away from her. Back in March, my buddy and his wife were out walking early one Saturday morning. As they walk past her house, her huge dog charges after them and knocks the wife to the ground. She got some minor scratches, and the lady got the dog under control.

Well, this lady calls the police and fire department, no big deal, until she demands the police have her dog killed. The owner wants her own dog killed by the police !!!!!...I repeated this so there's no misunderstanding.

My buddy said she goes into this rant about being in a messy divorce, and just starts giving all the fucked up details of her life to total strangers. He even tried to insist that there's was no need to have the dog put down and the wife will be ok.

Anyway, somebody should have known this bitch was going to finally twist off.....

They realized. Her attorney called 911 an informed them what was going on and that the transfer wasn't going to go smoothly. He told them to beat her home, which they did. Yet, she still ended up being able to do this

I can't c&p the story from my phone, but KLTV is reporting that he was there to pick the child up from her and take custody of him when she shot him. So tragic.

IMO you dont deny a mother a right to interact with her son inevitably. Not saying the visitation shouldnt be supervised but should never be totally taken away. The judge that issued that order was wrong. A mother doesnt bring a child into this world to be told she can no longer have contact with it. Terrible act but they forced her hand and in the end everybody lost.

This chick was bonkers. That is why her rights were taken away.

Not saying she wasnt but you do not take away a womans child. Completely taking away all rights to someones child is bs. Like I said they were all wrong and in the end they all lost especially the young boy

I don't see where she was stripped of her rights. As a parent, you have an obligation to do what is in the best interest of your child. Period. Preference is usually shown to the mother in custody cases, (which is complete bullshit in quite a few cases,) especially in Texas, so there had to be an overwhelming case against this mother. That point is glaringly obvious with the outcome of this situation.

It's sad, but she had ABSOLUTELY no right or justification for her actions. Her inability to use rational thought has destroyed a family. Getting herself healthy would have been hard and painful, no doubt, but there was no reason to take the easy way out for herself, let alone to take the child with her.

Just curious but if you were told you could no longer see or have any contact with your children would you just walk? Its not that easy. I dont know anything about the woman but i can guarantee that if she was crazy taking her child away wasnt the treatment she needed. Like I said i think the whole bunch of them were in the wrong.

                          Her custody rights were terminated.

You're trolling for the wrong point here. She was batshit crazy. They all made the right decision in terminating her rights.

The only bad decision they made was standing outside instead of having their thumb on her forehead.

I agree. The sachse police knew the situation, why did they let her in alone with the child?

It's not up to you to decide they were ok to terminate her rights. Maybe she was a good mother that got messed up because she was never gonna see her child. The case went all the way to trial, and if she was " batshit" crazy, it wouldn't have gotten that far.
