Gotcha. As a former employer I had the joy of dealing with employees that hated me simply because they believed it was expected for a boss and a grunt to have tension. The problem for them was that I had measures to check any sabotage and knew exactly where it came from.

In most situations they thought they had the upper hand, until I would get their unemployment benefits suspended due to their own malice.
