Leave the dog outside. Every morning get up and spray the dog with the hose, and again before bed. Continue to do this for about 106 1/2 days. Smell should go away.

Took him to the Apartments Hot tub, we both got in and I gave him a bath.
Then I took him to my apartment patio and he spent the next 3 days there, getting 3 baths a day till he smelt better.
