The fact of the matter is that no one knows the whole story other than what you're going to hear from someone who just beat a man to death so I'm going to take that with a grain of salt. What we have here is someone who got aggravated that someone was robbing him and he lost his cool. If it was a black guy who didn't have a job outside of his car who handed out the beating would everyone feel the same way?
I'll be the first to say that anyone who steals from someone else can choke on a foot long, broken glass, dogshit sandwich but they don't deserve to die for trying to break into someone's truck.

thieves should be publicly beaten to death every time... it's almost a shame that most people just shoot them in order to kill them

fuck thieves, they are a blight on society and they deserve to die...
if the penalty for theft was death, there would be less theft... if not for the fact that people might think twice about it then for the fact that once caught, they're fucking DEAD
good riddance to a POS... the construction workers should go hunt down his mother and slap her across the face for raising a POS

Those of you that take pity on the dead thief think about this. Thieves can and have killed the Innocent victims that they had targeted for only a few dollars simply to make a getaway. This guy got what was coming to him. Better him than us. I cant see anyone missing the thief that was killed in this story.Last edited by Racewerx; 12-04-2010, 05:40 PM.

Thieves deserve whatever retribution their victims feel is appropriate in my book. These guys thought the guy deserved to be beat to death, and I'm ok with that. Don't start no shit, won't be no shit.

For arguments sake, Castle doctrine does extend to your car.
Question is, what happened before the guy was beaten to death? How big was he? Did he have a knife? Did the others come out to help the first guy?
Sorry buddy...but that says in defense of a person. Look up the deadly force statutes in protection of property. Different. You can kill someone at night for theft of property or all day for burglary (inside your house)

If they purposely tried to kill the guy that is one thing, but if he just accidentally died from the beat down so be it. I see this as a good thing and the city should honor them for getting rid of POS."No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government"
