If you fuck with my property, you get whatever is coming to you, beat down, jail, or death. It all comes at you for the simple reason of what you are attempting/succeding in is breaking the law and taking from what I have EARNED. If you what it that bad go get a JOB and EARN it yourself.

I recondition headlights on most cars for $50.00. If interested shoot me a pm.

My argument would be this. I couldn't stop hitting the guy because the second I stopped he could have/would have come at me and than my life would be in danger. So I had to keep fighting till he didn't have any fight left in him. Unfortunately for the theif he fought to his death.

Thieves deserve whatever retribution their victims feel is appropriate in my book. These guys thought the guy deserved to be beat to death, and I'm ok with that. Don't start no shit, won't be no shit.
if they break into your house with you there, they are most likely a danger to you. So why wouldn't you shoot them in fear for your life or your family's?
if they're breaking into your truck that you are not in and don't live in, you're not in fear for your life or defending yourself. THAT is the difference. Think before posting a stupid response.

a burglary of an empty vehicle is not the same instance as a burglary of an occupied house. burglary of that occupied house and putting people in danger of their lives turns into ROBBERY. Burglary of an empty car is just that, burglary.

Yes it is to me. I've worked construction. Theft of equipment and tools is very common due to the items always being in toolboxes, vehicles, on-site, etc. If your investments are taken by force (which is what theft is), you are being deprived your right to earn, your right to make your living for you and your family. Anyone who does this should be dealt with, with force. I believe they were completely in their right to protect their livelyhood with whatever means they felt necessary. Put me on that jury and they will walk. Hell, I'll give them all a medal for ensuring that person does not try to forcibly infringe on other's right to earn a living.

Arlington back in the 80's my uncle shot a guy in his speed shop that was stealing shit early in the morning. The theif turned out to be a neighborhood junky that lived down the street from him. I think he lived though. The .357 tried at least.

I worked construction for 2 years full time and all of my high school years so I know where you're coming from. You're not going to get laid off a job if your tools get stolen.

I just don't think it's any citizen's right to play judge, jury and executioner.

The fact of the matter is that no one knows the whole story other than what you're going to hear from someone who just beat a man to death so I'm going to take that with a grain of salt. What we have here is someone who got aggravated that someone was robbing him and he lost his cool. If it was a black guy who didn't have a job outside of his car who handed out the beating would everyone feel the same way?

I'll be the first to say that anyone who steals from someone else can choke on a foot long, broken glass, dogshit sandwich but they don't deserve to die for trying to break into someone's truck.

You sure can. You may not be able to see what's in his waste band or if he has a hand behind his back or what's in his pocket, but it seems you have it figured out.
