This is incorrect. Benbrook is currently 16ft. low. Benbrook does NOT flow into either Eagle Mountain or Richland Chambers.

The Water District actually pumps OUT of Richland Chambers INTO Benbrook. We also have the ability to pump OUT of Benbrook, and INTO Eagle Mountain.

We are not "feeding" the Trinity River Project with water from anywhere.

I mean no disrespect, these are common misconceptions. If you'd like, I might be able to arrange a tour of the pumping facilities at Benbrook sometime.

That would be awesome. Iv always been interested in dams, and pump stations for some reason. Let me know a date and time.
Iv never been able to find any information on the aqueduct to connects the lakes or the pump stations. The only info Iv ever been able to get is hearsay.
