Has any of the rain around there helped the lakes out any? Headed back from Iraq in a few and was just wondering what Im in for.

Lake Whitney is around 16' low.
The pics below are of my favorite local lake, Martin Creek Lake.

Very sad, I cannot get my heavy jon boat in there. I bet the catfish would bite anything right now being that low.
Been checking online at the level of the Sabine River, and the current level is 2.1", less than knee deep, no trolling around in it ether.

Lake Travis during the 91 Flood when it was 715 feet

Lake Travis' level taken last month in sept was 619.1 feet

Ill be out at hubbard alot when I first get back to the states. My dad just got my 245 offshore powerhead back to the shop from the builder. Got to get it broke in and see if it will spin up around 8500 again. If anyone wants to burn some gas with us come on out. Grew up fishin both lakes. I can find em. Is workin mans weeknight tournament still going on hubbard or did they quit for the year?
