Thank you all for your input... I live by cedar hill... Im very new to mtb and my cardio sucks coming from the body building arena... I like bmx style riding more... However being a grown ass man at a bmx track would look creeperish lol. If any of you want to get together and hit some trails id apprishiate it... I have allot to learn when it comes to bikes... So I'd like to run with some experienced riders so I can pick it up faster

Big cedar is tough. Too hard for beginners. River legacy has a nice jumping area that let's you circle around, called Fun Town. Northshore is also tough, at around 22 miles. Erwin park is a great trail, IMHO

Big Ceder is definitely an ass kicker. They're working on a jump track near the entrance though....you could just go there for that when it's done. I like River Legacy and Horseshoe because they're fast and flowing.

I'm working in Iowa/Nebraska right now, but I live in Duncanville.

I'm grown and I don't give a fuck, lets go to the BMX track in DeSoto, LOL.

I'm a newb to the MTN bike thing. I want to ride more and would like to hit some jumps. Not gonna lie, the pump track at big cedar is intimidating. I would like to start somewhere before I just try and huck myself over a jump taller than me. I haven't jumped anything on a bicycle in like 17 years.

That place sucks so far, but I'm a newb and have only been there a couple times. It was overgrown and the trail was hard to follow for me.

Around here the CH State Park and Big Cedar are both better.

Took these outside of it though.
