Weren't you the guy that had the nice looking Mark VIII you sold and now you've been through 2 shitty cars in less than 3 months?

I have had lots of car jobs the past couple weeks and been keeping me pretty busy. It wasn't till the extra title issues at the end of last week that I figured I needed to drive up there but then he claimed this week he was sending the title. After still not receiving it today I figured it was the last straw and hes a scammer. Figured I would give people a heads up to warn them away. Also figured I would go to the DMV on Monday and find out what is the proper and legal way to deal with this and if needed I will drive to his shop with a friend and visit him maybe Tuesday when my buddy is off.
I will handle it diplomatically but if he throws the first punch (and I wont TRY to provoke one) then we will see where it goes.
I may just be handed the title and that will be that, he may kick my ass, I may kick his. Who knows.

Yup, thats me. And its been more then two. After the Buick fiasco I was really in the red again and needed to recoup some money which is why I sold the Buick and then bought a Mustang just to fix and resell so I could get back into the black. Stang had more issues then thought so I sold it for much cheaper then I had thought I could originally. Bought the Honda cheap and cause I figured its issues were easy (when you know what to do and look for) and I could flip it for a few hundred in profit. Sitting on it and also spending more money on gas (about $70 round trip) all eats into that slim margin of profit I could make.
In the mean time work has picked back up so I don't really HAVE to flip the car now so I may just keep it. Its a killer little runner now.

I'm pretty sure Nigerians were depicted accurately in the movie District 9.

Sounds like you should never be allowed to invest. Ever.

                  There's a reason it's the cheapest option...

Your definition of scammer is a bit skewed. At this point he's nothing but a lazy fuck that doesn't want to do what's necessary to get you the title, not a scammer.

If he were to try to report the car stolen, and get it back, then he's a scammer. With with you having a bill of sale though, that's not likely the case.

Warn people that he's a PITA to deal with, not that he's a scammer.

The day you go up there will be the day he said he just dropped it in the mail.

You better call him first, ask if he has it in his hands then tell him to stand there and wait while you drive to him.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.
