The day you go up there will be the day he said he just dropped it in the mail.

You better call him first, ask if he has it in his hands then tell him to stand there and wait while you drive to him.

He will probably say the same thing on the phone though, if he tells him he's headed up there, or make up another BS excuse. If he just shows up, the guy will know he means business, and might scramble a little harder with the OP there staring at him.

To save a wasted trip you might want to call, and tell him you will be up there in X days to pick up the title, and he better be ready with it. That could also just give him more time to think up a better excuse.
