You need to overcome your complacency towards women. There is a huge statistic of male officers being injured by female suspects because the male uses too little force, or no force at all in controlling the situation. Then when they have to use force, it takes more and there are usually injuries.

One of these days you are going to get your ass beat by a woman and wonder why.

I've almost been stabbed by a woman with a knife who I probably should have shot (looky there, I used to be the same way) and I had a crackhead woman try to stab me with a broken bottle. Screw that. They are getting sprayed or Tasered now.

I've had a lot of people try and refuse to show me their license while writing a check, make all kinds of excuses,"I don't have it on me" "Well, you DROVE here, didn't you?" go back and forth for 15 minutes until they realize I'm not going to take it, then just pull it out of their wallet and slap it on the counter. In 17 years of being a LEO, I have had two people actually take a swing at me and both were women. I have always professed my belief in equality so I don't care if you are a woman. If I have to go "Hands On" it will probably hurt. Take no chances these days.

NEW YORK ? A cashier at a McDonald's in New York City is accused of viciously beating two irate female customers with a metal rod after they jumped a counter and threatened him.

Both women were hospitalized, one with a fractured skull and broken arm. The other had a laceration.

McDonald's cashier Rayon McIntosh faces charges including assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He was held on $40,000 bail. A message left at a phone listed for him was not immediately returned Friday.

Court papers say a video showed McIntosh swinging the rod at the women during the confrontation at the Manhattan restaurant Thursday. McIntosh was previously convicted of manslaughter.

Police say the two women were arrested on charges including menacing.

The owner of the McDonald's franchise said in a statement that she was "disturbed" by the events and that the cashier no longer works there. "

Just watched the video on the news. I am good with it. Stay on your side of the counter and there won't be a need to 'batter up'. I even liked him hitting her while she was trying to get up. Nothing wrong there either and even the liberals in my office agree....all but one at least.
