Prices have gone up.
Mine is 30x40x13, full brick and austin stone, one walk through and a 10'x10' roll up, and 4 sky lights. Full electric with a 100 amp 250' home run, 20 4 way outlets, a 220v for my compressor, 12 double bulb florescent, office with two outlets and a celing fan, porch light and mercury vapor over the rollup. The slab is 6" thick with 12" deep beams and a 36"x24" brick ledge. I have under $20k in mine.

They're good guys. I wish they would come down here and put up a building for me
I got a quote on a turn-key 30x40 down here for about $28k
that's gonna have to wait a little while
Then I still have to do the electrical...but luckily I have a buddy who is an electrical contractor....and I thought ahead when I built my house too....upgraded the service coming in, and stubbed utilities on the back corner of my garage that will be closest to the shop.
By the time I get the electric done, lift installed, and the floors coated I'll probably still be in it a little over $30K.70' Chevelle RagTop

I'm looking to add 6 skylights, 5 windows, and a partial awning on one side...which pushes it up another ~$3500. I want it insulated but not sure if I'm going to have them do it for about $2800, or if I'll look to have someone else come in and spray-foam it.

A few pics of mine from when I had it done in this thread if anyones interested...
Tax refunds look like they'll be getting me close to actually doing this. I want to do a 24x30 shop with a 10-12ft lean to on the side, so the concrete would be 36x30. The ones I've been seeing have 10 ft walls. I eventually want a lift so would this be high enough? I also would love to add a small loft on the end eventually

yeah, I gotta find somebody down here... that $28k was no electrical... just turn-key slab/building/erection/doors
too rich for my blood knowing what it can actually be done for (and done well)
