BBA in finance, North Texas
I liked North Texas but it was a commuter school. If I was going to go to a business school here in the metro I would say UNT is decent. SMU isn't bad if you can get over the cost, a degree from there put you in a clique you may not enjoy but it can lead to connections. If you are going to stay in the state but leave the metro then UT all the way.Originally posted by racrguyWhat's your beef with NPR, because their listeners are typically more informed than others?Originally posted by racrguyVoting is a constitutional right, overthrowing the government isn't.

I'd hate to even know what a degree from SMU would cost. But all the pussy running around that place just might be a good trade off.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Instead specialize in something and it will pay off a lot better after graduation.Originally posted by Slowhand View PostWhatever you do, get a useful degree. Read: not management.
I say this now (not really sure) but I am not worried about the cost. My employer would (I hope) pick up the bill.Originally posted by Cmarsh93zDon't Fuck with DFWmustangs...the most powerfull gang I have ever been a member of.

If you're just looking for a degree to have one, I'd look to get a finance or economics degree and take as many accounting classes as I could possibly squeeze in.
Originally posted by Broncojohnny View PostIt is cyclical though, ten years ago accounting would get you little. I got offered an audit job at a big 5 firm out of school and it paid $28K. Now it is over double that.
