I had egg whites on wheat toast with lettuce, tomato, and bacon for breakfast... used alot of Tabasco sauce too, helps me drink more water since my mouth is on fire.

I'm finding now that I'm getting older that I have a higher craving for juice early in the morning. Generally before my coffee....not too sweet a juice, and nothing with too much pulp either....just some good grapefruit, orange, pineapple, cranberry, or even a Fusion if I'm feeling funky and undecisive.

Whole grain or wheat toast too....none of that baggy-pants, rap-music, white bread bullshit.

I also find that if I eat too early, usually right after I wake up, and if it involves milk; I get stomach cramps. However, if I wait a couple of hours, I'm good. Kinda weird, but I also kinda like it... see, if I eat right when I get up, that means I'll be friggin starving by lunch time, which then I am likely to over-eat. So its like a built in failsafe.

Thanks for reminding me...I'm headed out to the State Fair today and I'll for-sure have a Fletchers Corny Dog, a Frito Pie, and likely some other BS....so I should probably go and try to make some extra grocery room before I leave. Would not want to have to take the browns to the superbowl at Fair Park....especially during the bird show.

The commercial out ride now that gets me rolling is that insurance one with "mayhem" and he's riding outside the car and the woman asks if she's all clear. He tells her yeah so when she changes lanes she clips the truck and goes into a spin all the while he is laughing
