Anyone have a storm shelter?

I have a pond that is always dry that I intend to fill in and thinking about putting in a storm shelter there. Does anyone here have one of those prefab storm shelters? Some kind that wouldn't leak?

If you have land, just make one with the double doors in the ground, walk down the stairs with some railings down there to hang onto. If I was a rich bastard, I'd have the same thing but the stairs would lead to a separate underground room/basement away from the house. That would be too legit.

I drI've past these guys in Amarillo all the time. The have one of ther units displayed out front with a Peterbilt sitting on top of it... Pretty strong.

If you google shelters, I started a thread several months ago and there was good informatio there. I don't see how they are a bad purchase for safety's sake.
