I can honestly say that I have never been there, and aside from hearing about it in middle school/high school, never had the slightest inclination to go.

Definitely not a place that I would EVER go to. This was for a friends bday party... as stated above, the drinks are weak too! About 25 years ago, we had a business "meeting" there at the West End, and I had no clue what their schtick was. I'd already had a few drinks, and after about 10 minutes of dealing with a belligerent waiter, I informed the table (loudly) to "not leave this motherfucker one nickel for a tip".
They ended up giving me one of those "I got the crabs at Dick's" T-shirt. I haven't been back since.
