I was hoping they would dump the shelby for 2013 and bring the real Cobra back and woop up on the last real American competition the Mustang has: the Corvette. But, oh well. I see ford markets to the people who like more power than they or the car can handle, living a quarter mile at a time, and to people who think every 60's era fastback is an "Eleanor".

Yes, his car is choice. I love a nice white coupe, and the new GT's are definitely a step in the right direction.

As for the Shelby, it is supposed to be their bad boy, and I expect more from Ford than this. Sure power is good, but what else for my money?

And yes I have considiered buying one in 2013, until this. I'd rather build up a V6 roller to beat them, and save money on insurance.
