So yesterday during football I get a call on the cell, not recognizing the number I didn't answer. After listening to the voice mail it come to my attention that my coward ass boss just laid me off over a voice mail!!! Are you kidding me??? He claims that it wasn't me and that I did a great job, they just had to cut some corners! Anyone else think this is poor business etiquette?

Edit: If you're hourly they've still got to pay you for time that you were getting laid off. Just something to think about, if they're going to play games, let the games begin.
