The difference is the asians don't EXPECT us to learn their language. They put a high priority in learning the english language! They may not have known it when they got here but they DID learn it. There are MANY hispanics that feel they shouldn't HAVE to and refuse to. Sounds to me like YOUR the racist! You feel it's fine to come into another country and not learn the language. Like your language and culture is superior to ours. It's not nor is it any worse than ours. I don't disrespect your culture yet everytime a hispanic expects to be treated differently or to have goverment forms in spanish he disrespects mine. I am all for keeping your culture intact but realize that learning english DOES NOT hurt your culture. In fact not learning english hurts it because it will forever limit you to low paying menial jobs. I can't afford to be racist I'm Comanche, Scotish, Dutch, German and who knows how many others mixed in. ALL of my ancestors learned english. I am a direct decendant of Quanah Parker who learned english well enough to represent the Comanche people in congress.
